Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item(s) in their original, unused condition within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. You must first contact italia.amore@sbcglobal.net to notify us of your return. Returned item(s) must be properly packaged to avoid damage in transit. Refunds will be provided in the same form as the initial payment. Return shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Shipping and Sales Tax
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the United States at this time. Free shipping is included with jewelry and greeting card purchases for US residents only. All domestic orders are sent via USPS with delivery confirmation. Orders shipped to a California address will have 8.5% state sales tax added to their totals. Typically, your items should arrive within 7-10 days from the date of shipping.

The cards and jewelry at Italia Amore are handmade using quality materials and genuine Venetian glass from reputable suppliers. Slight variations in form and color are characteristic of the hand made process. Actual color may also vary slightly from the images presented due to individual computer monitor settings.
All jewelry is made using components of sterling silver or gold vermeil (14kt gold over sterling silver) and many pieces are one of a kind. Please carefully note the jewelry measurements provided so that you will be happy with the size and fit of your purchase. Bracelets range from 7.5” to 8” in length and are suitable for average sized wrists. Necklace lengths vary; the following chart may be helpful in making your selection:
